A broiler can be divided in many ways. There are more than 100 options for dividing a broiler. Every part of a broiler has a different value in the market. In addition, the value of a part of the broiler also partly depends on its weight. This makes it virtually impossible for a slaughterhouse to decide which dividing method is most profitable for a broiler of a certain weight.
