On Friday 6th of May the symposium Meat Science & Technology Inspiration Symposium: The power of meat – innovations and legacies paving the way for the future of animal protein took place at the Wageningen University & Research campus.
The symposium brought together speakers from academia and industry at the forefront of meat science and technology, to inspire and share ‘the power of meat’. Our CEO Theo Hoen was amongst them and gave his vision about the poultry market and why Chicken will be champion of animal protien.
